Le projet s\u2019inscrit dans une d\u00e9marche visant \u00e0 influencer le fonctionne-ment de notre soci\u00e9t\u00e9 afin d\u2019\u0153uvrer vers une meilleure inclusion des personnes en situation de handicap.<\/p>\n<p>Dans ce cadre, les signataires de la charte commune \u00abEmploi&amp;Handicap \u00bb, \u00e0 savoir l\u2019OGBL, le LCGB, l\u2019INDR et l\u2019UEL, ont organis\u00e9 une <b>table ronde<\/b> intitul\u00e9e \u00ab<b>\u00a0Education \u2013 Ateliers prot\u00e9g\u00e9s \u2013 Besoins de l\u2019entreprise \u00bb<\/b>.<\/p>\n<p>A travers la Charte commune, les signataires marquent leur volont\u00e9 de mener des actions concr\u00e8tes pour contribuer \u00e0 l\u2019inclusion des personnes en situation de handicap. Ce 29 novembre,<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Les signataires pr\u00e9sentent une campagne de communication moyennant un spot video \u00ab\u00a0Disons OUI aux comp\u00e9tences\u00a0\u00bb. Ils ont voulu le message positif et ax\u00e9 sur les seules comp\u00e9tences du salari\u00e9 en situation de handicap.<\/li>\n<li>Ils organisent une 2<sup>\u00e8me<\/sup> table ronde qui traite plus particuli\u00e8rement des difficult\u00e9s rencontr\u00e9es lors des transitions entre \u00e9cole ou atelier prot\u00e9g\u00e9 et le march\u00e9 de l\u2019emploi ordinaire. La table ronde tentera de formuler quelques pistes de recommandations pour am\u00e9liorer les flux.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Ces actions font suite \u00e0 d\u2019autres actions qui d\u00e9coulent de la Charte commune\u00a0:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Une 1<sup>\u00e8re<\/sup> table ronde le 19 avril 2016 avec pour th\u00e8me \u00ab\u00a0Une nouvelle approche pragmatique pour les entreprises\u00a0\u00bb, en collaboration avec l\u2019ADEM.<\/li>\n<li>D\u00e9veloppement du <a href=\"https:\/\/web.archive.org\/web\/20161229235742\/http:\/\/uel.lu\/images\/FR-profil-demandeur-emploi-handicap-3.pdf\" target=\"_self\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">profil de comp\u00e9tences<\/a> anonymis\u00e9, d\u00e9sormais disponible sur le JobBoard de l\u2019ADEM et mettant en \u00e9vidence les seules comp\u00e9tences du demandeur d\u2019emploi en situation de handicap tout en guidant les recruteurs potentiels vers les aides \u00e9tatiques.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Parmi les <b>recommandations<\/b> de la Charte commune figurent entre autres<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>la\u00a0\u00ab\u00a0centralisation dans un portail unique des informations li\u00e9es aux aides et services utiles\u00a0\u00bb. Les signataires expriment leur satisfaction du fait que Info-Handicap se soit appropri\u00e9 ce volet absolument indispensable pour couvrir les demandes de la part des personnes en situation de handicap, mais aussi celles des employeurs soucieux de recruter ces personnes. Les signataires de la charte ont contribu\u00e9 au financement de ce portail.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>la \u00ab\u00a0formation \u00e0 la diversit\u00e9, et plus particuli\u00e8rement \u00e0 l\u2019insertion professionnelle de personnes en situation de handicap\u00a0\u00bb.
