De m\u00eame le retour de personnel apr\u00e8s une longue maladie est un enjeu tant pour la personne elle-m\u00eame que pour l\u2019entreprise.<\/p>\n<p>Cette r\u00e9int\u00e9gration professionnelle peut \u00eatre r\u00e9ussie si les conditions adapt\u00e9es aux besoins du salari\u00e9 sont clairement identifi\u00e9es par ce dernier et que des strat\u00e9gies\/ajustements n\u00e9cessaires sont mis en place tant au niveau du salari\u00e9 lui-m\u00eame, que dans ses relations avec les autres et dans l\u2019entreprise en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral.<\/p>\n<p>Non pris en compte, les sp\u00e9cificit\u00e9s de ce retour au travail peuvent \u00eatre source de risque pour la sant\u00e9\u00a0physique et mentale de la personne (burnout, d\u00e9pression, troubles anxieux, rechute, d\u00e9t\u00e9rioration des relations professionnelles) et peuvent nuire tant au climat social qu\u2019\u00e0 la performance dans l\u2019entreprise. Les entreprises socialement responsables et les entreprises engag\u00e9es dans la charte de la diversit\u00e9 cherchent souvent \u00e0 agir concr\u00e8tement pour am\u00e9liorer la qualit\u00e9 de vie de leur personnel en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral et des personnes fragilis\u00e9es en particulier.<\/p>\n<p>Cette formation permet aux managers RH\/RSE\/SST et managers op\u00e9rationnels de mieux comprendre les forces et les sp\u00e9cificit\u00e9s de ces personnes pour mettre en place des conditions favorables tant au salari\u00e9 qu\u2019\u00e0 la performance de l\u2019entreprise.
