Ces caract\u00e9ristiques du cerveau peuvent \u00e9voluer en un handicap important et co\u00fbter tr\u00e8s cher \u00e0 la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 en termes de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 sociale et de perte de production. Elles sont aussi sources de cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9 et de talents tr\u00e8s diversifi\u00e9s. Les entreprises sont concern\u00e9es par cette th\u00e9matique, car ces handicaps demeurent souvent invisibles ou sont soit mal interpr\u00e9t\u00e9s soit mal compris. Or, il existe des moyens pour prendre en compte ces handicaps et g\u00e9rer les talents des salari\u00e9s concern\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p aria-level=\"2\"><b>Intervenants<\/b><\/p>\n<p><b>Nadine Back<\/b>, pr\u00e9sidente de l\u2019asbl Treffpunkt ADHS, a situ\u00e9 la probl\u00e9matique des troubles d\u00e9ficitaires de l\u2019attention dans le contexte luxembourgeois. Elle a notamment rappel\u00e9 que dans la majorit\u00e9 des cas, le trouble d\u00e9ficitaire de l\u2019attention ne dispara\u00eet pas et persiste \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e2ge adulte, m\u00eame s\u2019il se manifeste parfois diff\u00e9remment. Les personnes concern\u00e9es par un TDAH, sans th\u00e9rapie ni traitement adapt\u00e9 \u00e0 leurs besoins, ont souvent connu une scolarit\u00e9 difficile avec des changements d\u2019\u00e9coles, des redoublements et donc une grande d\u00e9motivation et frustration. Cela veut dire qu\u2019ils\u00a0 restent souvent en dessous de leurs comp\u00e9tences et auraient pu atteindre un meilleur niveau scolaire.<\/p>\n<p>La transition vers le monde du travail ne s\u2019av\u00e8re pas toujours facile, surtout si la personne concern\u00e9e n\u2019a pas pu b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier d\u2019une th\u00e9rapie et\/ou d\u2019une m\u00e9dication. Comme la personne atteinte d\u2019un TDAH fonctionne de fa\u00e7on diff\u00e9rente de ses coll\u00e8gues de travail, la collaboration n\u2019est pas toujours \u00e9vidente et peut g\u00e9n\u00e9rer des conflits. Il est pour cette raison indispensable d\u2019informer l\u2019entourage de la personne concern\u00e9e pour le sensibiliser au TDAH et ses cons\u00e9quences. Cette psycho\u00e9ducation est essentielle pour l\u2019entourage et la personne atteinte d\u2019un TDAH elle-m\u00eame.<\/p>\n<p>Il est tout aussi important de relever les nombreux aspects tr\u00e8s positifs des personnes souffrant d\u2019un TDAH. Ainsi elles :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li data-leveltext=\"-\" data-font=\"Calibri\" data-listid=\"1\" aria-setsize=\"-1\" data-aria-posinset=\"0\" data-aria-level=\"1\">font souvent preuve d\u2019une grande fantaisie et imagination\u202f: elles ont dans ce cas des capacit\u00e9s cr\u00e9atrices tr\u00e8s d\u00e9velopp\u00e9es et per\u00e7oivent ou int\u00e8grent de nombreux d\u00e9tails dans leur travail\u202f;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li data-leveltext=\"-\" data-font=\"Calibri\" data-listid=\"1\" aria-setsize=\"-1\" data-aria-posinset=\"0\" data-aria-level=\"1\">sont fortement emphatiques et peuvent avoir des antennes tr\u00e8s sensibles pour les gens autour d\u2019elles, c\u2019est-\u00e0-dire qu\u2019elles per\u00e7oivent les sentiments et les humeurs des autres\u202f;<\/li>\n<li data-leveltext=\"-\" data-font=\"Calibri\" data-listid=\"1\" aria-setsize=\"-1\" data-aria-posinset=\"0\" data-aria-level=\"1\">peuvent d\u00e9velopper un tr\u00e8s grand engagement et s\u2019investir fortement dans leur travail\u202f;<\/li>\n<li data-leveltext=\"-\" data-font=\"Calibri\" data-listid=\"1\" aria-setsize=\"-1\" data-aria-posinset=\"0\" data-aria-level=\"1\">peuvent avoir d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 ce qu\u2019on appelle l\u2019hyperfocus\u202f: celui-ci permet \u00e0 une personne de se concentrer de fa\u00e7on tr\u00e8s effective et de r\u00e9aliser un travail de tr\u00e8s haut niveau.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>L\u2019invit\u00e9 de marque <b>Hans van de Velde<\/b>, fondateur de European Brains @ Work et membre du conseil d\u2019administration de ADHD Europe, a donn\u00e9 des \u00e9claircissements sur les diff\u00e9rents types de handicap invisible. Exemples concrets \u00e0 l\u2019appui, il a dessin\u00e9 des pistes concr\u00e8tes qui permettent aux entreprises de trouver le bon \u00e9quilibre entre la prise en compte du handicap TDAH des salari\u00e9s et la gestion de leurs talents au poste ad\u00e9quat dans l\u2019entreprise, en collaboration avec son service de sant\u00e9 au travail. Ainsi par exemple, il importe d\u2019\u00e9tablir des proc\u00e9dures de travail bien structur\u00e9es, des listes de t\u00e2ches quotidiennes etc.<\/p>\n<p><b>Tom Keipes<\/b>, CEO de l\u2019entreprise informatique Done, a ensuite livr\u00e9 son t\u00e9moignage. Il a notamment relev\u00e9 la compl\u00e9mentarit\u00e9 des diff\u00e9rents profils TDAH, autisme, Asperger et haut potentiel. Il a insist\u00e9 sur l\u2019usage d\u2019un vocabulaire coh\u00e9rent et sur l\u2019importance d\u2019accorder suffisamment de flexibilit\u00e9 aux personnes atteintes de TDAH.<\/p>\n<p aria-level=\"2\"><b>Charte commune<\/b><\/p>\n<p>L\u2019objet de la \u00ab\u202f<b>Charte commune<\/b> pour promouvoir l&#8217;\u00e9galit\u00e9 des chances des personnes en situation de handicap sur le march\u00e9 de l&#8217;emploi\u202f\u00bb du 3 d\u00e9cembre 2015 est de renforcer l&#8217;inclusion des personnes en situation de handicap dans le monde du travail.\u202fIl s\u2019agit de sensibiliser les entreprises et les salari\u00e9s \u00e0 mettre en \u0153uvre une politique de diversit\u00e9 et d\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9 des chances, d\u2019ailleurs une des th\u00e9matiques pr\u00e9sentes notamment dans le Guide ESR-Entreprise Socialement Responsable de l\u2019INDR. Les signataires de la Charte collaborent avec les pouvoirs publics et les associations priv\u00e9es qui s\u2019investissent activement dans l\u2019inclusion des personnes en situation de handicap.
