Le DRH est en passe de devenir une figure centrale pour l\u2019entreprise.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La strat\u00e9gie RSE est l\u2019opportunit\u00e9 de r\u00e9duire les impacts n\u00e9gatifs de l\u2019entreprise et surtout \u00e0 produire des effets positifs durables. L\u2019entreprise trouve dans la RSE les r\u00e9ponses pour op\u00e9rer les meilleurs choix possibles. En int\u00e9grant la RSE dans sa strat\u00e9gie, l\u2019entreprise assure sa propre p\u00e9rennit\u00e9 tout en maximisant sa plus-value \u00e9conomique, sociale et environnementale. L\u2019entreprise qui consid\u00e8re le savoir (connaissances), le savoir-faire (comp\u00e9tences) et le savoir-\u00eatre (attitudes, valeurs) de ses salari\u00e9s comme la principale richesse de l\u2019entreprise, et leur travail comme le principal facteur permettant l\u2019ex\u00e9cution de la multitude de processus n\u00e9cessaires \u00e0 ses activit\u00e9s, internalise le plus gros de sa gestion des ressources humaines. La motivation et l\u2019<strong>engagement<\/strong> des salari\u00e9s \u00e9tant critiques pour le succ\u00e8s de l\u2019entreprise, leur \u00e9panouissement professionnel et priv\u00e9 ainsi que leur adh\u00e9sion \u00e0 ses valeurs sont essentiels. L\u2019entreprise leur garantit respect, s\u00e9curit\u00e9, sant\u00e9, bien-\u00eatre, \u00e9quit\u00e9, et autonomie, d\u00e9veloppe leur potentiel et cultive leur fiert\u00e9 d\u2019appartenir \u00e0 une organisation responsable. La direction tient compte des comp\u00e9tences prioritaires actuelles et futures pour mettre en \u0153uvre la <strong>strat\u00e9gie <\/strong>d\u2019entreprise. Une vision prospective aide \u00e0 identifier les besoins, planifier et d\u00e9velopper les emplois et comp\u00e9tences n\u00e9cessaires. Elle con\u00e7oit en effet la cr\u00e9ation de valeur comme un syst\u00e8me coh\u00e9rent autour des connaissances et de son capital intangible, de ses processus et de l\u2019ex\u00e9cution des t\u00e2ches, de la valeur per\u00e7ue par le client et les autres parties prenantes, ainsi que de la valeur financi\u00e8re.
