Les \u00e9tudes scientifiques ont prouv\u00e9 que le sport et l&#8217;activit\u00e9 physique ont de nombreux bienfaits pour la sant\u00e9 mentale (r\u00e9duire le stress, l&#8217;anxi\u00e9t\u00e9 et la d\u00e9pression&#8230;). \u00c0 ce titre, nous avons mis en place gratuitement depuis plus de 2 ans, la r\u00e9servation de terrains de badminton, de padel et de terrains de football pour tous nos employ\u00e9s. <strong>Ces initiatives rencontrent un franc succ\u00e8s et ont permis d\u2019accro\u00eetre la collaboration !<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Depuis plus de 2 ans \u00e9galement, nous portons beaucoup d\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat aux <strong>Soft Skills<\/strong>. Avec la collaboration de notre talent Manager, nous mettons en place mensuellement une conf\u00e9rence pour tous nos employ\u00e9s nomm\u00e9e \u201c<em>Softskills for Business<\/em>\u201d.
