C\u2019est\u00a0Serge Thill\u00a0qui, apr\u00e8s avoir anim\u00e9 un premier atelier sur l\u2019analyse culturelle, a anim\u00e9 celui-ci sur la transformation culturelle. Pour r\u00e9sumer ce qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 partag\u00e9 et illustr\u00e9 : une culture d\u2019entreprise n\u2019est ni bonne, ni mauvaise. Elle existe. Elle existe aussi bien \u00e0 travers son histoire, son activit\u00e9, son leadership, ses dirigeants (l\u2019actuel et les pr\u00e9c\u00e9dents). Mais elle peut se transformer. C\u2019est \u00e0 la direction de s\u2019y engager, de d\u00e9finir un objectif commun et de le communiquer. Pour entamer une telle transformation, le leader doit supporter la d\u00e9marche dans l\u2019ensemble de sa transformation de par son exemplarit\u00e9.
